By understanding the current quality of service we offer to our customers, we can continuously improve to ensure our service delivery exceeds expectations.
In a recent survey, at least 83% of our customers rated us as good or excellent in terms of reliability, efficiency, flexibility and being competitively priced.
We pride ourselves on these results but there are always areas we can improve on. This is why we ask our customers to complete our online survey. We then take this information and learn from it.
