Our managed print solutions take control of the basic ink and toner ordering process by recognising when levels are low and automatically ordering before they run out.
Our comprehensive maintenance service uses software which triggers an alert to allow proactive maintenance. Our helpdesk can then execute remote investigation to fix the issue, or will align one of our experienced engineers who will work to resolve the problem onsite. This procedure takes place, without you making a single phone call.
You can monitor the usage of printing, faxing, copying, scanning, colour or mono, A4 and A3 over a period of time, through basic management reporting. You can also gain deeper insight into specific user level information and receive recommendations regarding efficiencies in deployment, configuration, workflow and environmental impact.
Our intelligent billing capabilities counts only the pages actually printed and can consolidate all printers into one bill.
Enhanced security with Pull Printing
Our 'pull' print networked system solution enables you to successfully manage your hard copy and soft copy documents. The user sends their print job directly to a single print queue, then they can go to any pull-enabled printer, authenticate with a smart card, fingerprint or PIN number, and request the printout at that location.
