Managed Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) Process
We handle device deployment for new starters, swap out faulty devices, and collect devices from leavers, using either our IT service management system or yours.
Proactive CMDB Maintenance & Device Upcycling
We track all items throughout their lifecycle, using the data for cost saving and efficiency insights. We recycle devices that are beyond repair, minimising environmental impact.
Break-fix & Warranty Repairs
We assess and fix all returned devices under warranty and return them to stock. We’re accredited to provide warranty repairs for major manufacturers and can agree on an approach for out-of-warranty repairs.
BYO ITSM Instance
Our service delivery teams can operate within your own ITSM for complete oversight and easy access to information needed for audits.
Simple, Scalable Commercial Model
We offer a simple, consumption based billing model with a low fixed service fee. You only pay for the service tickets you use, allowing for easy scalability.
Tech Bars and Smart Lockers
