Chief Executive Officer
Leon (Lee) Hemani joined XMA in 2010, initially as Sales Director following its acquisition of his Direct IT business. Within XMA, Lee brought breadth and depth to relationships with key vendor partners and concurrently sponsored developing relationships with new vendors.

With over 20 years of procurement, supply chain and operations experience in the Private and Public sector, Kelvin now works to provide XMA with a clear roadmap to continuing success.Â
Tony Taylor

Tony leads the XMA financial operations, always with the aim of unlocking maximum value – not just for XMA, but for our customers as well. With a strong track-record in financial leadership and an exceptionally broad skill set, Tony has helped build teams and deliver business-critical projects across multiple different regions. Tony’s many years’ experience in the IT channel brings a breadth of knowledge and expertise to XMA, well beyond his financial remit.

Chief People Officer
Lea-Ann joined XMA in 2021 as our HR Director, quickly advancing to become Chief People Officer. Representing the people function, Lea-Ann has worked closely with business stakeholders to build a highly-skilled and respected HR function within XMA that focuses on driving our core values and making XMA a great place to work for all.

Luke Pickering Financial Director Luke is XMA’s extremely talented Financial Director, providing XMA with financial guidance and strategic planning to support various business activities. He uses his experience and knowledge to develop internal policies and procedures to ensure an XMA’ runs smoothly. Luke has a strong track record in financial leadership and an exceptionally broad skill set, having helped build teams and deliver business-critical projects across multiple different regions.

Ceri joined XMA in February 2022 having previously spent 4.5 years in Channel Distribution as a HR Business Partner, supporting HR Operations across 20 EMEA countries. Since joining XMA, her role has focused on delivering, driving and embedding our People & HR Strategies across the business and applying operational and customer service eXcellence in every employee and customer interaction HR has.

James Perkins
Commercial and Marketing Director
James is passionate about building high achieving customer centric teams to support and drive our customers challenges and issues, so they can delight their stakeholders and customers. He brings over 20 years in the IT channel across multiple countries, Corporate and SMB sectors, Enterprise, software and Devices categories to name a few, and services organisations. He also brings experience in E-procurement, E-commerce to help our customers drive success.

She is very experienced is the transformation of individuals, teams and systems. Skilled in identifying problem areas and driving change to achieve divisional sales targets and wider corporate objectives.

As Services Finance Director, Arlene is responsible for governing the commercial and financial processes that are the backbone of our Services Business. Working together with Sales and Operations, their aim is to grow XMA’s services business through innovation and investment, expanding our services capability and creating efficiencies that will improve our customers’ experience
Jimmy Devlin
Services Director
As Services Director working alongside the rest of the Service Board, Jimmy helps set strategic direction with the aim of growing the XMA Service business through innovation and strategic investment.
Jimmy’s role as Services Director is to lead the delivery and operational functions of the services business, focused on customer experience and service capability while driving efficiencies through automation and shift left.
